The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that all documents related to cash audit are verified and in compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

Verify the various store transactions: exchanges / refunds, tax exemptions and all other store actions to ensure compliance with procedures and policies of the company to minimize losses due to errors and fraudulent actions

• Act as a technical support and advisory service to store staff





• Ensure that registers are balanced at closing and that no bank deposits are missing

• Follow up with stores to ensure policies and procedures are understood and followed to minimize and correct errors

• Detail‑oriented qualified with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify discrepancies, errors, and irregularities in financial and transactional data. Customer‑focused team player with experience providing support, guidance, and problem‑solving assistance to internal stakeholders. Essential bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written);

Experience in retail (an asset);

Experience working with cash registers in-store (an asset);
