Vape Loft seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Cashier Customer Service representative to join our retail team. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a friendly, professional manner
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
- Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products
- Address customer inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkout processes without compromising service quality

Qualifications

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Prior experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technical sales is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for cash handling, transaction processing, and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation in English
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising techniques, and customer service best practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism
