- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash handling duties with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and properly priced
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and store navigation using clear communication skills




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining quality service

Skills

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering roles is preferred, especially with POS systems and cash handling
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and professionally
- Demonstrated organizational skills to keep checkout areas tidy and inventory well-managed
- Basic math proficiency for accurate transactions and register balancing
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries or follow-up questions professionally
