We’re looking for a driven, reliable, and high-energy individual to join the team at Buster's Pizza and Donair. This role sits at the core of our operation—combining rapid-paced food preparation with exceptional customer service.
You’ll play a key role in delivering consistently great pizza and donair while creating a welcoming, positive experience for every customer. If you take pride in your work, move with urgency, and want to grow within a business—not just work a job—this is a strong fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items (pizza, donair, sides) with consistency, speed, and quality
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean kitchen
- Operate POS systems for order taking, payments, and cash handling
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and recommend add-ons
- Assist with food prep including ingredient preparation and assembly
- Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing workstations and organizing workflow
- Support the team during rush periods with clear communication and teamwork
- Contribute to sales through upselling combos, sides, and promotions
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in pizza, donair,
or quick-service restaurants is an asset
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Comfortable handling cash and POS systems
- Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with strong customer service skills
- Good time management and ability to multitask under pressure
- Flexible availability (evenings and weekends)
