We are seeking a dedicated ECE Level 2 who brings experience, leadership, and a passion for early learning. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guiding children through meaningful play, supporting team members, and contributing to program planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play based programming.
- Lead small groups and support children's social-emotional development.
- Collaborate with team to create engaging learning environments.
- Document learning through observations and communication with families.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, safety and centre policies.
- Model professionalism, teamwork, and positive guidance strategies.

Qualifications

- Saskatchewan ECE Level 2 certification
- Experience working in licensed childcare centre
- Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
- Current First Aid/CPR
- Robust communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Passion for creating meaningful learning experiences
