Join the YMCA Massey Care and Learning Centre as a Childcare Educator. This full-time role offers an opportunity to create a positive learning atmosphere for young children. As a part of this permanent position, you will work 40 hours per week, guiding children's development through engaging activities per YMCA's curriculum.

Your role will involve establishing family connections, ensuring a safe environment, and working alongside a dedicated team to enhance children's experiences at the centre.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and implement age-appropriate programs for children • Foster meaningful relationships with children and families • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive environment • Supervise children actively during various play areas • Keep all areas clean, secure, and compliant with regulations Requirements:
- ECE License from a British Columbia-recognized program • Training in child development is an asset • Strong verbal and written communication abilities • First Aid and CPR-C & AED certificate required • Must pass a Criminal Record check with vulnerable sector search Utilize your Early Childhood Education skills to enrich lives at the YMCA and strengthen community ties.
