BGC Toronto Kiwanis Club is hiring a Children's Services Coordinator for a maternity leave contract. Spearhead program administration and engage with children aged 6-13 in enriching environments. In this vital role, you will manage the development and execution of programs aimed at enhancing the welfare of children and youth.

Collaborating with the Manager of Programs & Services, you will focus on administrative efficiency and community relationships to foster impactful services. Your leadership will ensure a seamless operational flow in youth programming. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and assess programs for children aged 6-13
- Liaise with management on program improvement initiatives
- Hire and manage part time staff effectively
- Keep accurate program registration records
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation in all services Requirements:
- College diploma in a relevant field required
- At least 2 years' experience in youth programming
- Certification in CPR and First Aid essential
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the Toronto community and its needs Lead impactful children's programs and foster positive community relationships at BGC Toronto Kiwanis Club.
