Job Overview
Join our multidisciplinary healthcare team as a Chiropractic Assistant. This position combines hands-on clinical support with administrative responsibilities and plays an important role in providing an efficient, organized, and welcoming experience for our patients.
You will work closely with our chiropractors to support patient care, manage patient flow, assist with examinations and treatment procedures, prepare treatment areas, and help with day-to-day clinic administration.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out.
- Coordinate patient flow and bring patients into treatment rooms.
- Take and document patient histories for new patient examinations and reassessments as directed by the chiropractor.
- Assist chiropractors with patient examinations, assessments, and treatments.
- Assist with chiropractic modalities and treatment equipment under the direction and supervision of the chiropractor.
- Help position and prepare patients appropriately for examinations and treatments.
- Assist with charting and documentation as directed by the chiropractor.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records while following applicable privacy and confidentiality requirements.
- Prepare, clean, and organize treatment rooms between patients.
- Ensure treatment rooms and clinical areas are appropriately stocked with supplies.
- Perform administrative duties including appointment management, filing, scanning, data entry, and other clinic-related tasks.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering or restocking clinic supplies.
- Maintain a clean, professional, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
- Work collaboratively with chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, administrative staff, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Perform other reasonable clinical and administrative duties as required to support efficient clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a healthcare, medical, chiropractic, physiotherapy, or rehabilitation setting is an asset but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
- Comfortable interacting with patients in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy clinical setting.
- Comfortable using computers, electronic medical records, and appointment-scheduling software.
- Able to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Willingness to learn chiropractic terminology, clinical procedures, treatment modalities, and clinic operations.
- Reliable, punctual, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 24.0 per week
