Civil Foreman

Maritime Civil & Energy Limited is a civil contractor experienced in all aspects of civil work including concrete work, excavation, water and sewer, as well as aggregate production and sales.

Hourly range for this role will be ($26-$39) per hour.

Responsibilities

- Establish daily goals and plans with crew, sub-contractors, and surveyors and ensure goals are being met
- Ensure drawings/specs are being followed precisely
- Maintain transparent and concise communication with quality control, crew, and management
- Track costs associated with projects
- Ensure jobs are done in compliance with safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in the heavy civil construction field
- P. Tech considered an asset
- Superior communication and problem solving skills




- A high attention to detail and excellent organization skills
- Computer skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to lead and mentor others
