What it’s like to be a Northbridge Claims Service Representative As a Claims Service Representative, you'll be part of a energetic team that prides itself on attention to detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind. You'll play a key role in supporting both our Claims operation and day-to-day office activities, helping to create a seamless experience for customers, visitors, and colleagues alike. As one of the first points of contact for incoming inquiries, you'll provide professional and responsive service while receiving and setting up new claims, maintaining accurate claim information, and supporting Claims Adjusters with a variety of technical and administrative tasks.

From managing correspondence and processing transactions to maintaining files and supporting office operations, you'll help ensure work flows efficiently across the department. Whether you're assisting customers over the phone, welcoming visitors at the front desk, or supporting claims processes behind the scenes, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service, maintaining operational excellence, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team. Providing a great customer experience Post-Secondary Education Working towards the CIP designation an asset Minimum 2 years of experience in a front-line customer service position or call center environment Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite We have a flexible hybrid model that allows you to work from home up to 2 days per week, with added flexibility for when you really need it.
