Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing extra attention or maintenance, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met consistently
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other essentials to maintain operational efficiency
- Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for yourself and others
- Maintain cleaning equipment by performing basic maintenance and reporting any issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and uphold cleanliness standards across the facility
- Document completed tasks and report any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or equipment upkeep is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning routines are followed
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
