Cleaning Crew Lead / Site Manager

Dynamic Cleaning is looking for a reliable, energetic, and motivated individual to join our growing team in a crew leadership and site management role.

This is more than a standard cleaning position. The person selected will be given real responsibility and trained to help run day-to-day operations, manage job sites, lead crews, work directly with clients, and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to our standards.

Starting Pay: $23/hour, with the opportunity to reach $26/hour within the first few weeks based on performance, experience, and ability to take charge.

Responsibilities

- Lead and organize crews on residential and commercial job sites
- Communicate professionally with clients and handle situations on-site
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to our quality standards
- Perform and supervise window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, deep cleaning, and related services
- Learn to manage daily operations, scheduling, equipment, and crew organization
- Identify problems and make good decisions independently
- Help train and supervise other crew members
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment

Qualifications
- Previous cleaning, construction, maintenance, landscaping,



or similar hands-on experience is an asset
- Leadership or management experience is an asset
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly
- Comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and physically capable
- Robust communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Your first week will focus on learning our services, equipment, procedures, and quality standards. From there, we expect the right person to quickly progress into taking charge of crews, running job sites, and assisting with operations. The person chosen will have a significant opportunity to grow with the company. Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
