Job Summary
As a Residential Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, healthy, and organized living spaces for our clients. You will work efficiently, follow strict hygiene guidelines, and ensure every home is treated with complete care.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail across all cleaning tasks, ensuring high-quality results in every room.
- Practice strict hygiene and sanitation standards to prevent cross-contamination (e.g., using designated tools/towels for bathrooms vs. kitchens).
- Wear protective gloves at all times while performing cleaning tasks to maintain safety and sanitization.
- Respect home interiors by wearing socks and bringing a pair of clean, indoor-only sandals to wear inside clients' residences (no outside shoes inside the home).
- Handle all personal belongings and home features with extreme care and respect.
- Arrive on time for scheduled jobs and manage time effectively to complete work within target hours.
- Maintain a professional image, including clean work attire, excellent personal hygiene, and daily preparation (bringing your own lunch and water).
- Work efficiently using strategic cleaning paths (top-to-bottom, room-by-room loops).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Commitment to home hygiene: Must wear gloves during shifts, wear socks, and bring clean indoor sandals for inside use.
- Strong time management skills and excellent punctuality.
- High attention to detail and pride in doing quality work.
- Robust communication skills and a professional, trustworthy demeanor.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
Schedule:
- Day shift / Monday to Saturday
Experience:
- Basic understanding of cleaning but willing to train the right candidate.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
