RIMEX’s primary markets include mining, forestry, agriculture and industrial equipment, specializing in haul trucks and loaders. We have a Full Time position available for an experienced Receptionist to join our Saskatoon operation.

We offer competitive wages as well as a comprehensive benefit package after the completion of the probationary period. Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls and inquiries. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and recordkeeping. Maintain and update office records, documents, databases, and contact lists. Order, receive, and monitor office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.

Assist with photocopying, scanning,



printing, and preparation of documents and correspondence. Provide administrative support to staff and departments as required. Support the Office Administrator with daily operational and administrative activities.

Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Robust organizational and time management skills.
