As a Personal Insurance Trainee for our Retention Team, you will help protect individuals most valuable assets. In this role, you will provide outstanding client service through your positive, friendly manner while educating clients in your excellent product knowledge in habitational, travel, and automobile insurance. A day in the life – Proactively engage with clients prior to their policy renewals to review existing coverage, identify potential gaps, and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet their evolving needs.
Build and nurture relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and ensuring their policies are up-to-date and accurately reflect their circumstances. Stay informed and knowledgeable about Personal Lines products, ensuring the ability to provide expert advice and solutions. Prior insurance experience is considered an asset but not required — we will train you!
