Vice President, Information Technology Solutions & Services The Client Engagement Manager is responsible for driving recent business growth by selling managed IT solutions such as network management, cybersecurity, cloud services, help desk support, and disaster recovery.

This role requires a consultative approach, strong technical understanding, and excellent relationship-building skills Identify and target new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital campaigns. Conduct market research to understand client IT environments and pain points.



Meet with potential clients to assess IT needs and challenges.

Present and promote managed IT services, including cloud solutions, security, and infrastructure management.

Account Management

Work with Sales Engineers & Production Support Staff to maintain high customer satisfaction Collaborate with marketing & technical teams for campaigns & solution delivery. Ensure smooth onboarding with service delivery teams. Participate in the design and business case analysis of new products and services Maintain accurate records in CRM Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates. 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or technology solutions. ~ Solid understanding of IT services (cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure). ~ Familiarity with CRM tools ~ Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
