Machinery is looking for a highly organized Customer Service Representative to join our team in Coquitlam, British Columbia . As the Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with our Operator Training team throughout the sales process to ensure customers receive excellent service. This will include working in the CRM, answering mainline phones, and handling customer inquiries.

As the Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:



Handle a high volume of incoming calls for main phone lines Utilize the CRM to pass leads to Account Managers Ensure compliance of standards within the department in support of maintaining positive customer experiences Provide general administrative support for the Operator Training department Assist with completing registrations and follow up on client feedback as needed Provide coverage for Account Managers as needed At least two years of related customer service experience Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience working with a CRM (i.e.

Microsoft
