Are you looking to build your career with one of Canada's leading financial institutions? We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Representatives to join a collaborative Wealth Operations team supporting client transfer activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with banking, financial services, call center, or operations experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a blend of client communication and administrative work.
What You'll Be Doing In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting client account transfers by:
✅ Making outbound calls to financial institutions regarding transfer requests
✅ Following up on outstanding transfers and ensuring timely processing
✅ Updating internal systems and case management tools
✅ Performing accurate data entry and documentation tasks
✅ Working within imaging and workflow management systems
✅ Meeting daily operational targets and service standards
✅ Participating in daily team huddles and collaborating with a supportive team environment
Approximately 80% of the role involves outbound calling and 20% focuses on data entry and administrative support.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
✔ 1-2 years of banking, financial services, or operations experience
✔ Strong communication and phone-based customer service skills
✔ Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
✔ Strong technical aptitude
✔ Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
✔ Comfortable working with spreadsheets containing macros and learning new systems
✔ University degree preferred
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
⭐ Call center experience
⭐ Wealth management or investment operations experience
⭐ Experience with ISM, EIS, Kofax, Ticketing, or case management systems
⭐ Previous TD Wealth experience
⭐ Bilingual in English and French
⭐ Experience using or creating Excel macros
