Position Summary

We are seeking a Cloud & Business Applications Specialist to administer and support cloud infrastructure and business applications. This role is responsible for maintaining secure, scalable cloud environments, ensuring the reliability and performance of enterprise applications, and identifying opportunities to improve business processes through automation and modern cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environments.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, identity and access management, and endpoint administration.
- Support, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise business applications and system integrations.
- Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), user access, and identity management solutions.
- Monitor system performance, security, and availability, implementing improvements as needed.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support application and infrastructure initiatives.




- Identify and implement automation and process improvements using cloud-native tools and services.

Qualifications

- Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure environments.
- Robust understanding of cloud infrastructure, identity management, endpoint management, and security best practices.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications, cloud integrations, and user access management.
- Familiarity with automation platforms and cloud-based integration tools is an asset.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled cloud services is considered an asset.
- Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Azure, or Identity and Access Management are preferred.
- Experience supporting ERP systems or other enterprise platforms is a plus.
