Position Overview:

We are looking for experienced CNC Milling and Lathe Operators to join our production team. As a CNC Operator, you will play a crucial role in machine setup, part manufacturing, quality control, and ensuring all work orders are completed accurately and on time. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who enjoys problem solving and working in a positive, supportive environment .

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and set up CNC milling / lathe machines for production, ensuring proper tool selection.

· Measure parts accurately using various tools to ensure parts meet quality standards and exact specifications.

· Ensure timely completion of manufacturing work orders, maintaining high productivity without compromising quality.

· Track and record production data and part quality information for reporting and analysis.

· Assist with quality control activities to ensure all parts meet required standards.





· Work with senior machinists/programmers to improve part programs and processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Proven experience as a CNC Milling and Lathe Operator, with a strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.

· Comfortable learning to operate 2-5 axis CNC machines.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

· Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and committed to delivering high-precision results.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Must have valuable communication skills and be able to speak and understand English proficiently.

· Comfortable with physical activity, including lifting 20 to 40 pounds.

Pay: $26.00-$36.00 per hour
