We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator responsible for the setup and operation of CNC machinery, including Lathe and Milling machines. This role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, adjusting CNC programs to meet required tolerances, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of machined parts.Setup and operate CNC machinery, including Lathe and Milling machines,



for production.Modify and adjust CNC machining programs and offsets to meet drawing specifications.Use various precision measuring instruments to conduct First-off and in-process inspections.Replace tools and inserts as needed based on in-process inspection results.Package and apply proper identification to machined parts for shipping.Maintain positive housekeeping and adhere to Lean Manufacturing principles and FEM requirements.Complete other production-related tasks as directed by the supervisor.At least 2-5 years of prior CNC experience (Lathe and Milling machines).Crane training is an asset.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.Compensation: $23.00/hourVictaulic is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, welcoming applicants without discrimination based on age, race, colour, national origin, citizenship, religion, creed, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status.
