Job Title: CNC Milling & Lathe Machinist

Pay Rate: $25.00 – $30.00/hour (based on experience)

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Milling & Lathe Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and setting up CNC machines and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC Lathe and Milling machines

- Set up machines and perform adjustments as required

- Work independently with minimal supervision

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

- Inspect finished parts to maintain quality standards

Primary Skills:

- CNC Lathe Operation

- CNC Milling Machine Operation

- Machine Setup & Tooling

- Blueprint Reading & Interpretation

- Quality Inspection & Measurement Tools (calipers, micrometers)





- Independent Machine Operation

Secondary Skills:

- Basic CNC Programming (G-code knowledge)

- Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving

- Knowledge of Safety Standards & Procedures

- Time Management & Multitasking

- Team Collaboration & Communication

- Preventive Machine Maintenance

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in CNC machining (Lathe & Milling)

- Strong knowledge of machine setup and operation

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (preferred)

- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
