About Us A family-owned business established in 1977 , we are proud to have served a loyal clientele from Île-des-Sœurs, Montreal, the surrounding areas, and beyond for nearly 50 years.

Our salon is built on straightforward values: respect, passion, professionalism, and quality service . We are now looking to expand our team and welcome several hairstylists who wish to grow with us over the long term.

Candidate Profile

- Hairstyling diploma required , obtained in Canada or internationally
- Salon experience: an asset
- Good knowledge of colouring techniques, highlights, balayage, and styling
- French: Required
- English: an asset
- Professional, reliable, punctual, and welcoming
- Strong customer service skills
- Desire to learn, improve, and build your clientele
- Looking for stable, permanent employment

Above all, we are looking for people who are passionate about their profession and who want to grow with our company over the long term .

Main Responsibilities

- Haircuts and blowouts/styling
- Hair colouring
- Highlights
- Balayage
- Bleaching and lightening techniques
- Blow-drying and hairstyling
- Client consultations and advice

Compensation Compensation is competitive and negotiable based on the candidate's profile .

It may vary depending on:

- Experience
- Technical skills
- Level of independence




- Size of clientele
- Ability to retain clients
- Personal clientele brought to the salon

Commission-based compensation may be offered to experienced hairstylists or to individuals who demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain a significant clientele. Terms and compensation will be discussed individually to establish an arrangement suited to each person's situation.
