Join our team as a Warehouse Operator, where you'll play a critical role in supporting production, inventory movement, and order fulfillment while ensuring products are stored, handled, and transported safely and efficiently.

Shift: Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 11:00pm
This role is eligible for a wage progression:
Starting rate is $23.50/hour, $24.25 at 6 months, $25.00 at 12 months, and annual reviews thereafter. This role is also eligible for a $1.00/hour Afternoon Shift Premium, Group Insurance Benefits, a Company Performance Bonus, Discounted Pet Food, Employee Events, and more.
What You'll Do
Contribute to the warehouse team by safely moving, storing, and retrieving raw materials, packaging, and finished goods throughout our warehouse and freezer facilities. You will support production and shipping operations by ensuring products are accurately stored, rotated, and transported while maintaining compliance with all Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements.
The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a temperature-controlled freezer environment. This role requires forklift operation, frequent lifting, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
What You'll Do:
Move goods throughout the warehouse and freezer facilities using material handling equipment.
Retrieve and return skids of finished goods, raw materials, and packaging from racking up to 25-30 feet high.
Operate a narrow aisle reach truck, power walkie, and other warehouse equipment as required.
Organize inventory using First In, First Out (FIFO) rotation practices.
Support production and shipping teams with product movement and order fulfillment.
Complete daily equipment inspections and safety checks.
Report equipment concerns and maintenance requirements promptly.
Ensure accurate inventory transactions and documentation.
Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
What You Bring: Minimum 2-3 years of forklift, reach truck, and power walkie experience.
Valid forklift certification.
Ability to work in a controlled temperature environment of approximately -18°C.
