Commercial Cleaner

Location:* Greater Vancouver Area, BC

Pay:$25.00 per hour

Schedule: Evenings and nights, including some weekends

About the Position

We are looking for reliable and experienced Commercial Cleaners to join our team. Part-time and full-time opportunities are coming up for cleaners who are available to work evening and overnight shifts.

The successful candidates will clean commercial properties and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation. This position is suitable for someone who is dependable, works well independently, and has their own vehicle and cleaning tools.

Responsibilities

- Clean offices, commercial buildings, common areas, washrooms, and other assigned spaces
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and disinfect surfaces
- Empty garbage and recycling bins
- Clean and maintain washrooms and kitchen areas
- Follow cleaning checklists and site-specific instructions
- Report maintenance issues, damage, or supply requirements
- Maintain a qualified and respectful presence at client sites
- Complete work safely and efficiently

Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning experience
- Own reliable vehicle for transportation between job sites




- Own cleaning tools and equipment
- Availability to work evenings and nights
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift cleaning supplies and equipment as needed
- Criminal record check may be required

Compensation and Schedule
- $25.00 per hour
- Part-time and full-time positions becoming available

- Evening and night shifts
- Some weekend work may be required
- Additional hours may be available based on client needs and performance
