The Opportunity

As a Commercial Insurance Associate, you'll build relationships with new and existing clients, identify their needs, and develop insurance solutions that fit. You'll educate clients on what HUB offers, maintain a high standard of client service, and collaborate with teammates to grow awareness of the business and bring in new opportunities.

- Full-Time Permanent opportunity working out of our Calgary-Fisher branch location.

What You Will Bring To The Role

- Level 1 Insurance License or willingness to obtain
- University Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent years of experience is preferred
- Current knowledge in all aspects of commercial insurance is required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial insurance is preferred, although we are willing to train those with less
- Friendly,



outgoing personality with superior client service skills
- Ability to successfully up sell and cross sell insurance products
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectivity in both written and verbal
- Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment
- Proficiency with Broker Management Software Systems
