Utilizing a solution-focused support model, you will build strong relationships with community partners to assist youth in achieving independence. This full-time opportunity involves a commitment to flexibility with day/evening rotating shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate youth needs for safe housing alternatives • Offer guidance and support to prevent homelessness • Collaborate with community organizations to enhance resources • Assist in skills group facilitation for emotional development • Maintain documentation and prepare funding reports Requirements:
- University degree in a social services field • Over 3 years of experience with youth support • Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices • Access to a vehicle and valid insurance required • CPR/First Aid and additional relevant certifications Empower youth to secure stable housing and achieve personal growth with Our Place Peel’s dedicated team.
