Just Like Family Home Care helps seniors remain safe and independent in their own homes by providing compassionate, reliable care. We are growing quickly and looking for someone who can help us expand our presence in the community and build strong referral relationships. This is a field-based, relationship and growth-focused role.

Walking into local businesses (doctor’s offices, clinics, pharmacies, etc.) Introducing our services and building referral partnerships You are consistently out in the community, not sitting in your car Performance-based bonus tied to results and growth ~ This role is ideal for someone who wants stability but is also motivated by performance and outcomes. 7 hours in the field, building relationships and visiting businesses ~1 hour of admin work (updating CRM, logging visits, tracking follow-ups)
