Take on a vital leadership role at SkilledTradesBC as the Manager for Workforce & Community Training Initiatives. This permanent full time position focuses on fostering equitable access to training and apprenticeships. In this role, you will serve as a bridge between training investments and community needs in British Columbia.

You will manage the Workforce Readiness Initiative and oversee programs tailored for Indigenous Peoples and equity-deserving groups. Your work will involve close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that training strategies align with workforce priorities and represent diverse community perspectives.
