HealthCare New Zealand in Belfast is seeking a Support Worker to join our in-home and community-based care team. This full time position runs Monday to Sunday, 7.30am to 6.30pm, with travel across the local area as required.

You will assist clients to live independently by following care plans and providing practical and emotional support. Responsibilities include meal preparation, community outings, medication administration, personal cares, and home management.
