Surrey Police Service (SPS) invites applications for a Compensation Advisor to join the Human Resources Division. Reporting to the Compensation and Benefits Manager, the advisor will lead unionized job evaluation, classification, and compensation processes.

This in office role collaborates with managers, unions, and stakeholders to ensure accurate, policy-aligned decisions. Responsibilities include evaluating positions, advising on classifications, and supporting annual compensation programs while
