Become a Business Conduct Compliance Examiner with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization and support investor protection in Canada. This role can be performed in a hybrid work setting. As a Compliance Examiner, your primary responsibility will be conducting reviews to ensure adherence to business conduct regulations.
You will engage with Dealer Members and leverage your skills to interpret evolving compliance requirements. A focus on professional development and teamwork will help drive compliance excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess Dealer Member locations for compliance risk
- Conduct reviews in collaboration with senior leadership
- Produce detailed report documentation of findings
- Keep accurate and organized examination records
- Facilitate the department’s strategic objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree standard
- Minimum of 3 years in a compliance or supervisory role
- Canadian Securities Course completion necessary
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in working under pressure
