This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Toronto, ON, with flexibility to work from home on select days.
The Fund
Accountant will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in fund accounting, and preparing financial reports. Day‑to‑day tasks include calculating net asset values (NAV), preparing financial statements, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and handling fund‑related operations. The role requires close collaboration with the broader finance team to deliver high‑quality services to our clients.
Strong knowledge and experience in Fund Accounting and NAV calculations Solid understanding of Finance principles and practices Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA designation or equivalent (a robust asset) Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Prior experience in private equity or venture capital fund accounting is an advantage #
