Jewellers proudly unveils a recent Rolex Boutique, located inside Royalmount Shopping Centre in Montreal, designed to offer a world-class luxury experience to every client. As a Sales Advisor, you will serve as the esteemed ambassador of the brand, embodying its values of excellence and quality. In this capacity, you will ensure that every customer feels valued and understood, fostering satisfaction and loyalty.

Deliver exceptional, tailored customer service in-store or online. Ensure that all client interactions reflect the brand's top-quality standards. Master the knowledge of the brand and products and convey the value and technical details.

Ensure the quality of the visual presentation of the boutique is in line with the brand’s image. Work with the broader team to ensure high operational standards are met, including inventory management and stock replenishment. Participate in training and development programs to stay up to date with knowledge and skills.





Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, sales, or customer service roles.

Preferred experience in luxury timepieces and/or luxury jewelry sales roles. Must be fluently bilingual in French and English, written and spoken. Opportunities for career development and advancement, including attending exclusive brand training and industry events.
