Manage heavy civil construction projects as an experienced Construction Foreman. Supervise operations, ensure safety compliance, and effectively organize resources for in office success. In this full-time position, you will lead daily site activities, train crew members, and utilize your expertise in heavy civil construction.

Responsibilities include reading project documents, tracking progress, and resolving on-site conflicts as they arise. Effective communication with project stakeholders is critical to this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily operations and manage site crews
- Plan and organize work to achieve project goals
- Read and ensure compliance with project documents
- Monitor production, deadlines, and safety policies
- Conduct regular site inspections for quality control

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in heavy civil construction
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to solve issues on-site
- Valid Class G driver’s license essential
