About the Role

SETIN Construction and Elviano are looking for an experienced, highly driven Construction and Commercial Sales Manager to generate new business across the GTA.

This role offers two major sales opportunities.

- High End Residential Construction, SETIN

Develop relationships with

- Custom home builders
- General contractors
- Residential developers
- High end construction professionals

Sell SETIN construction services including:
- Footing and foundation
- Concrete and ICF
- Microcement
- Drywall
- Stucco and exterior finishing
- Other specialized construction scopes
- Commercial Renovation and Design Build, Elviano

Generate opportunities for commercial renovation and design build projects including:
- Dental offices and clinics
- Medical and qualified offices
- Retail spaces
- Corporate offices
- Hospitality and other commercial spaces The salesperson will identify businesses planning new locations, expansions, renovations, or complete buildouts and introduce Elviano as their renovation and design build partner.

What You Will Do

- Build and manage your own sales pipeline
- Prospect and develop relationships with builders, contractors, developers, business owners, and commercial clients
- Leverage your existing industry network to generate opportunities




- Identify upcoming residential and commercial projects
- Conduct client meetings and site visits
- Coordinate with estimating, design, and operations teams to prepare proposals
- Follow up consistently on opportunities and quotations
- Negotiate and close projects
- Build long term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

Who We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in construction, renovation, or related B2B sales
- Strong knowledge of the GTA construction market
- Existing network of builders, contractors, developers, business owners, or commercial clients is strongly preferred
- Experience selling residential construction or commercial renovation projects
- Strong prospecting, networking, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to independently generate leads and develop new accounts
- Highly self motivated, accountable, and performance driven
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Compensation

This is a commission only position with uncapped earning potential.

You will have the ability to earn commission from both SETIN construction projects and Elviano commercial renovation and design build projects, creating multiple revenue opportunities from your network and business development activities.

We are looking for someone who already understands the industry, knows the GTA market, and has the relationships and sales ability to turn opportunities into signed projects.
