The Manager, Enablement Financial Reporting & Analytics is a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual who will support the Canadian Banking Engineering (CBE) team and closely partner with the Canadian Banking finance team for clear and linked reporting, ensuring alignment and transparency across the bank. This team member will play a key role in enabling effective financial planning, cost governance, and performance tracking in partnership with senior leaders across Technology, Finance, and Business Management. Technology focused on financial reporting, analytics and insights for building operational models.

Partner with CB Finance and Technology areas to identify and report on direct technology expenses to Canadian Banking. Develop executive dashboards and presentations to communicate financial performance. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in financial operations.

Project: years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or cost governance, ideally within a technology or banking environment.

Advanced

Excel skills and financial modeling experience for monthly financials and insight. Bachelor's degree in business technology management; a CPA or MBA designation is a plus.
