You’ll combine business analysis and consulting skills with effective stakeholder engagement, helping clients navigate change and translate complex business problems into clear, actionable outcomes. Support financial transformation initiatives across business, operations, finance, technology, and change teams. Analyze current-state processes, gather business requirements, assess gaps, and help define practical future-state solutions.

Contribute to change management activities, including stakeholder impact assessments, change readiness, communications, training support, and adoption planning.

Experience applying business analysis and consulting skills within financial services or transformation environments.

Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure proposed changes are practical, understood, and aligned with broader transformation objectives.
