Enhance your outdoor skills with Oro-Medonte’s Seasonal Parks & Facilities Labourer contract role. Help maintain beautiful parks while working amidst the natural beauty of Simcoe County. This seasonal prospect in the Operations and Community Services Department is approximately four months long, starting in September.

You will play an essential role in maintaining park facilities, conducting fall cleanups, and assisting with community ice rinks. Flexibility is crucial as you will work on various tasks under changing weather conditions. Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in the fall cleanup of parks
- Help set up ice rinks for the winter season
- Carry out general maintenance and repairs
- Assist with inspections of parks and facilities
- Complete other related duties as assigned Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 20 kilograms
- Competent in climbing ladders
- Valid Ontario Class 'G' Driver's License necessary
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Must complete Driver's Abstract and Vulnerable Sector Screening Contribute to Oro-Medonte’s commitment to community service while gaining valuable experience in parks maintenance.
