Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, consistency, and creativity, ensuring each dish meets quality standards.
- Follow established recipes and portion controls to deliver flavorful meals efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Adhere strictly to food safety guidelines, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of supply needs.

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking,



or a related role within a restaurant or food industry setting.
- Robust understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent serving skills with the ability to interact positively with customers or guests.
- Knowledge of meal preparation methods across various cuisines or styles is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Solid kitchen experience with familiarity in using kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
