Lead cultural education as the Land Language Culture Coordinator at Dene High School, La Loche. This role facilitates land-based learning and nurtures relationships within the community. As a full-time, temporary Coordinator, you will engage with students, Elders, and staff to implement Indigenous language programming.

Your experience working with First Nations will be fundamental in establishing a positive learning climate aligned with Elders' teachings. Flexibility and solid communication are key to successful collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and coordinate language and cultural activities
- Support community partnerships with Elders and agencies
- Promote land-based education initiatives across the school
- Foster a supportive and caring school culture
- Collaborate closely with teachers and parents Requirements:
- Proven organizational and communication skills
- Experience with land-based learning initiatives
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Flexible to work outside regular hours
