Corporate/Commercial Legal Assistant - Calgary MLT Aikins is a full-service law firm of more than 375 lawyers across the four western provinces. The MLT Aikins Calgary office is in search of a Commercial Legal Assistant with experience in a general corporate/commercial practice.

The ideal candidate will have good practical training and experience from working in a busy corporate/commercial practice and will have graduated from an accredited legal program (equivalencies will be considered). Performing complex editing and formatting for correspondence and documents Preparing various administrative tasks including file opening, billing and follow-up to review outstanding accounts Completing, monitoring and following up on all post-closing documents Performing day-to-day administrative tasks including file organization, diarizations,



booking appointments and maintaining calendars Graduate of a recognized legal assistant or paralegal program (equivalencies may be considered) Minimum of five years of experience in any law practice area;
