FDH Lawyers LLP has an immediate opening for a Corporate Law Clerk to join our Burlington team.
The successful candidate must have the following skill set:
- An ability to work independently, accurately and efficiently on multiple files simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience preparing articles of incorporation, amendments, amalgamations, minute book maintenance including extra-provincial registrations, the preparation of annual resolutions for incorporation/organization, registration of business names and due diligence corporate searches
- Asset and share purchase transactions, rollover transactions, secured financings and corporate reorganizations.
