Responsibilities

- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess clients’ needs, develop personalized support plans, and monitor progress.




- Collaborate with educational institutions or organizations using Ellucian systems to coordinate programs and track client engagement.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Stay informed about best practices in counselling techniques and continuously develop your skills through training and professional development opportunities.
