Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our day‑to‑day counter sales operations by assisting customers with product inquiries, order processing, and providing exceptional customer service, while also supporting warehouse functions including receiving, packing, picking, and shipping orders in a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Serve as the primary point of contact for counter sales inquiries, including walk‑in, phone, and email requests, ensuring prompt, knowledgeable, and skilled service.



Manage and prioritize multiple counter transactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and customer satisfaction.

Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. Pick and pack orders efficiently, ensuring items are correct and ready for shipment. Prepare and complete orders for delivery and pick‑up, coordinating timelines as required.

Maintain accurate inventory records using ERPsoftware, ensuring data integrity and timely updates. Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required, ensuring proper handling of materials. A high‑school diploma or equivalent Exceptional customer service skills, with prior experience in a sales/customer service‑based environment.
