- Provide personalized daily care based on resident needs

- Facilitate choices for families at end-of-life stages
- Maintain a respectful, compassionate approach at all times Requirements:
- Approved Practical Nurse Program graduate
- Current CLPNA registration
- CPR / First Aid Certification required
- Ability to handle difficult behaviors
