CPA Accounting Manager – Public Practice Job Type: Full-time We are a well-established, multi-partnered CPA firm located in Vancouver with over 50 employees. We provide high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services to a diverse client base and are committed to professional excellence and team development. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented CPA Accounting Manager to join our public practice team.

The successful candidate will oversee engagement files, manage staff, and serve as a key point of contact for clients, while contributing to the firm’s growth and operational success. Manage and review complex accounting engagements (compilations and review engagements)



Liaise with the Canada Revenue Agency and other regulatory bodies on client matters conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency Minimum1year of experience as an accountingmanager in public practice in addition to 3 years experience as aSenior Staff Accountant in public practice required. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax compliance Experience managing and reviewing compilation and review engagements Proven leadership and team management experience Excellent communication and client service skills Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet tight deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Adaptable hybrid work environment Paid overtime or time off in lieu Continuous training, mentoring, and professional development
