In this SP-04 position, you'll interact with taxpayers by phone, addressing their inquiries and providing information about tax and social programs. The ideal candidate will have a client-centric approach and the ability to work under pressure. Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to taxpayer calls with accurate information
- Explain tax filing processes to clients
- Identify and gather necessary information on inquiries
- Research answers using available resources
- Input and analyze data through various computer systems Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school diploma
- 12 months of client service experience required
