- Serve as the HR presence for 24/7 staff and volunteers

- Aid employees experiencing vicarious trauma
- Collaborate on complex HR issues with leadership Requirements:
- Degree in HR, Social Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ HR experience in emotionally demanding settings
- Solid skills in conflict resolution and employee relations
- Experience supporting shift workers and high workloads
