Become a key player in M'Chigeeng First Nation's Child Well-Being Law project as a Quality Assurance Worker. Ensure cultural safety and precision across all project deliverables. As part of a dedicated team, your role as a Quality Assurance Worker focuses on verifying the integrity of engagements and assessments related to child welfare.

This full-time position involves active collaboration with community leaders to ensure alignment with Anishinaabe values and adherence to regulatory standards. Your oversight will enhance project credibility and publications. Develop and oversee a quality assurance framework

- Validate community data gathered during assessments
- Monitor service review effectiveness and community needs
- Education in Social Sciences or related fields
- 3-5 years experience in QA and program evaluation
- Familiarity with First Nations projects
- Robust writing and analytical skills
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Anishinaabemowin an asset Foster a rigorous quality assurance process that respects community values and prioritizes sustainable service delivery.
